GCWG Board Meeting Minutes 4/23/06
Location: The Board met briefly after the Spring Members' Meeting.
Attendance: Board members in attendance were: Marshall Haith, Carolyn Manly, Joan Shaw, Jerry Stahl, Jim Moat, Al Rothenbach, Toni Wujek, and Joyce Clair.
Opening: Marshall called the meeting to order at 8:55 PM.
Election of Officers: Carolyn M. nominated Jerry Stahl as president. Joan S. seconded the nomination. Jerry S. agreed to serve. Carolyn M. nominated Jim Moat as vice-president to replace Jerry S. Al R. seconded the nomination. Jim M. agreed to serve. These are 1 year terms. It was observed that membership is a lot of work and should probably be an office. Joyce C. agreed to continue as head of fund raising.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 9:40PM.
