Handling Back Country Permit Quotas

If any of the requested zones are full, the applicant must change their
itinerary.
Using the information on the permit application, contact the Monarch cabin host by radio. Each zone has a quota, and the host at Monarch will have the quota sheet and let you know if the requested zones are available. If contact cannot be made, the permit cannot be issued.
