Grand County Wilderness Group Events
In addition to volunteer service in partnership with the US Forest Service, Grand County Wilderness Group members meet traditionally for fall and spring all-members meetings, and a summer picnic.

Hideaway Fundraiser for GCWG!
During Q3 of 2025, Hideaway Park Brewery has chosen GCWG to benefit from beer sales on certain days!
Here’s how it works:
July, August, September 2025
Throughout the quarter, Hideaway will have a round up option on their payment screen.
Throughout the quarter, Hideaway will have an information sheet about our organization which will include direct donation information.
On the first Wednesday of each month of the quarter, a representative from GCWG should attend from 5-8pm and can use this time as an opportunity for community outreach by presenting or just making connections. On this first Wednesday in July, August, and September, Hideaway will donate an additional $1 per beer purchased to GCWG.
August 6 will be the next opportunity for our group to get an extra $1 per beer sold. If anyone can go from 5pm to 7 pm to speak with patrons about our group; it will be helpful.

All meetings are potluck. Appetizers at 5 pm. Dinner at 5:30 pm (meal times are a little earlier than usual to accommodate those who may be going back to Denver area)

As always BYO drinks and BYO place settings (plates, tableware, glasses). EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO BRING FRIENDS (maybe they will become members!)
